Job Description:
Oversee the creation of purchase requisitions in the Ariba system and ensure services are being delivered at the required level of consistency, quality and timeliness in accordance with established operating level agreements.
Produce and distribute Ariba and/or SAP-based reports to key data and technology stakeholders.
Communicate pertinent procurement-related information and deadlines to key data and technology stakeholders via regular meetings and via clear, concise emails.
Oversee upkeep of Data and Technology Purchase Requisition intake form and contract pipeline report.
Capture meeting notes/minutes and action items during pertinent meetings and interactions and maintain in a central repository (ex. Teams). Track key action items to completion.
Address supplier payment questions and troubleshoot invoice issues.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) - Highlight Top 3-5 skills
Strong IT Procurement/Contracting experience
Experience: 3-5 years ideally, 7-10 would be great.
Strong knowledge of Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Contracts modules
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and self-prioritize tasks
Strong communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Education: Bachelor's Mandatory and Masters would be great
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
Strong working knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI
