Your New Position

As a Claims Helpdesk Specialist, you'll be the frontline hero, expertly handling inbound customer inquiries through email and telephone with professionalism and poise. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will not only resolve customer concerns but also preemptively address their needs with proactive solutions.

  • Mastering our products and policies to keep customers informed of the latest updates.
  • Escalating complex issues to management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurate data entry and information research to support customer claims.
  • Efficiently managing claim forms, answering status questions, and resolving policy inquiries.
  • Championing the claims process by initiating and fulfilling customer requests.
  • Supporting your team by stepping in to assist with service issues as needed.
