Who We Are
For more than 50 years, KOMPAN has researched, designed, and built innovative and imaginative commercial playground equipment and outdoor fitness sites that captivate all ages and abilities.
In collaboration with our global headquarters in Denmark, KOMPAN designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 sites a month across 90 different countries. Our North American headquarters, located in Austin, Texas, supports field sales around the U.S. and Canada.

What You'll Do
Grow and oversee our North American network of quality installation partners, including the onboarding and training of new installers
Manage the development and certification of installation partners, ensuring compliance with our insurance requirements
Work with our procurement and project coordination teams to develop executive dashboards that drive our organizational strategy
Collaborate with key stakeholders and regional project managers throughout North America to align on business strategy, market dynamics, and supplier capabilities
Partner with leadership to develop management dashboards and spend analytics which include KPI's and metrics that benchmark performance
Project manage the local installations of KOMPAN playground and outdoor fitness sites, as needed
This position is based at our headquarters in Austin, and includes up to 30% travel around the U.S. to meet with new potential vendors and regional project managers.
What You'll Need
College degree in a related field, with 7+ years of experience
Experience managing and growing a vendor network of installation partners
Previous project management supervisory experience with both small and large construction projects
Thorough understanding of the construction industry
Experience with pre-construction work, including planning, design, review, value engineering, project scheduling, and conceptual estimating
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team leadership qualities and the ability to manage high-stress situations
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
