The Executive Assistant will increase the productivity of the high-level Leadership in the Global HQ located in Draper, UT. The key value this role adds is to proactively identify tasks and activities that can be done by the EA to allow the Leader to focus on strategic global initiatives and projects. This person also provides thought partnership and serves as an intelligent, respectful gatekeeper.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
calendar, meeting schedules, agendas, presentations and action items
with President to help prioritize tasks and execute efficient time management
travel planning and expense report management for in office VP's and above
as support for visiting Executive Board Members
participates in monthly corporate credit card reconciliation
cross-departmentally to meet timelines for project deliverables
attend key meetings to gather Action Items and Takeaways
Leader is updated regarding important milestones and deadlines
regularly with CEO Admin to align meeting needs
of contact for 3rd party vendors, direct selling suppliers, and industry associations
corporate presentations with AI generated design, content, and artwork
and follows processes for Project Management and completes SOP's in Administration impact areas as requested
