We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Daily Duties:
Printing, cross checking, and emailing invoices to customers.
Filing
Inputting checks and ACH/EFT payments to customer's account
Matching and inputting A/P invoices to Vendor's account
Answering and routing phone calls
Responding to customer requests by phone and email, as necessary.
Assist with booking freight / UPS shipments.
Weekly Duties:
Collections with follow-up on past due accounts and updating spreadsheet.
Updating outside labor spreadsheet
Updating credit cards spreadsheet
Mailing checks
Sending out statements
Updating customer / Vendor information as necessary, checking credit references for new accounts.
Other tasks as requested by their supervisor.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person, Monday through Friday. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, ½ for lunch with 2 - 10 minutes break (morning and afternoon)
