Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Daily Duties:
  • Printing, cross checking, and emailing invoices to customers.
  • Filing
  • Inputting checks and ACH/EFT payments to customer's account
  • Matching and inputting A/P invoices to Vendor's account
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Responding to customer requests by phone and email, as necessary.
  • Assist with booking freight / UPS shipments.

Weekly Duties:
  • Collections with follow-up on past due accounts and updating spreadsheet.
  • Updating outside labor spreadsheet
  • Updating credit cards spreadsheet
  • Mailing checks
  • Sending out statements
  • Updating customer / Vendor information as necessary, checking credit references for new accounts.
  • Other tasks as requested by their supervisor.

Required Computer Knowledge:
  • Word

  • Internet

Required Experience & Skills:
  • 3- 5 years in customer service
  • Organized/knows how to prioritize
  • Team player
  • Good telephone mannerism
  • Personable yet strong in communication skills
  • Multi- tasked
  • Works well under pressure
  • Punctual

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person, Monday through Friday. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, ½ for lunch with 2 - 10 minutes break (morning and afternoon)
