This role is an in person position in our Grand Junction, CO office.

EdgeRock is a growing independent wealth management firm headquartered in Denver, CO. We help families and business owners position their savings for retirement success through comprehensive investment strategies, tax planning, and passionate client service.

The Administrative Assistant/Client Relationship Specialist role is responsible for providing high-level client support and is critical to the ongoing success of our onsite meeting operation. This position will have significant interaction across all departments and gain exposure to a wide variety of valuable industry skills and knowledge. The position will be pay between 40-60k based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for people who are passionate about helping clients
  • Provide concierge-level service to our clients with a white-glove service mentality
  • Completes a variety of administrative duties for the department director(s), including managing calendars for appointment booking, scheduling travel plans, preparing reports and other correspondence
  • Critically think through problems, exercise decisive judgement and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
  • Answering the telephone, transferring calls, recording accurate messages, all while following customer service protocol
  • Engage in basic service tasks for clients as necessary to support operational efficiency
  • Act as an office manager, ensuring the operation maintains adequate supplies, and is organized efficiently
