Role: Test lead
Location : Mount Laurel , NJ ( Day one onsite )
Job Type - Full Time Position
8 to 10 years of Software Testing experience
Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training)
Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects
Good knowledge in Agile methodology
Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool
Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams
Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan, construct and execute release tests
Lead and develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and business teams to ensure alignment with project delivery documentation
Preferred having experience in leading projects of varied testing types including automation testing, APIs testing, data warehouse testing, performance testing
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project
