Role Profile:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce Analyst to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 applications, and supporting end-users during implementations and post-go-live phases. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the success of ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to supply chain and commerce processes.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce modules based on business needs and best practices.
  • Assist in testing, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Provide end-user training and support to drive efficient utilization of Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.
  • Document business processes, functional requirements, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and trends in Dynamics 365 applications.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce applications.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and commerce processes within an ERP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Commerce modules (e.g., Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Processing).
  • Experience with POS, store rollouts, deployments, upgrades.
  • Experience of setting up new stores and store migrations
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile or iterative project methodologies is a plus.
