Role Profile:
As a Finance Lead you will be involved in opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) in full lifecycle implementations for clients. In this role as a D365 F&O Finance Consultant, you are responsible for mapping client business requirements, re-engineering the client's processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for successful Microsoft D365 software implementations. You have expertise in Finance module implementation, specifically: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Credit collections.
Responsibilities:
Development of end-to-end solutions (Transformation, Transition and Deploy) covering multiple industries
Support sales activities including estimating and early solution shaping
Design solutions and ensure the relevant solution(s) artefacts are completed in line with the defined client processes
Lead all client-facing interactions from a solutioning perspective
In respect to solution assessment and design; you oversee use cases, managing backlog, blockers, ETC and scope for larger end-to-end projects
Interact with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
Ability to wear multiple hats on a project ranging from Business Analysis, Design, Testing and Training
Ability to lead and coach teams through challenging objectives
Experience:
10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years of Dynamics 365 F&O functional experience
Has a background in finance and cost accounting environments
Has thorough experience with the Microsoft D365 Finance modules and can demonstrate how standard processes are performed with D365 F&O
Has gained a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations and an understanding of the D365 value chain
Experience in Azure DevOps along with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to articulate business value of D365 F&O
Extensive functional finance background to be able to understand various solutioning scenarios
Strong commercial understandings, especially across contracts and schedules
Experience across pricing models, cost analysis and breakdowns
Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills
Experience working with both on and offshore teams on implementation and maintenance projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
