ExoTerra is a rapidly growing company specializing in electric propulsion systems and spacecraft. We are looking for program managers to lead both spacecraft and propulsion module level projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in the space industry and understand the complexities of spacecraft design and operating in the space environment. Candidate should have communications skills to interact with both the customer and team, organizational and planning skills to guide completion of the project, and the ability to manage the project budget.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer.
Develop and manage program schedules to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Manage the program budget to ensure profitability.
Lead team to solve any problems related to the program
Manage manpower resources to effectively complete tasks.
Status progress with upper management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in space industry
5+ years of project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
Experience with Earned Value Management
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
