Encore Technologies is seeking a Financial Services - Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day interactions of multiple or large-scale projects with internal team members, clients, and vendors.
Manage projects to a defined scope of work and implement scope management procedures when required.
Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects
Manage project budgets
Manage project schedules
Activity and resourcing management
Review and present high-level deliverables across projects
Focus on customer satisfaction and builds client relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of Project Management experience with technical implementations for customer-facing engagements
PMP certification preferred.
Recent program and project management experience leading VoIP, Data Center, Route & Switch, Wireless, and Security projects
Previous MSP/VAR experience preferred.
Proficiency with project management software
Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter, and be tech-savvy.
Proven experience with people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Ability to aggressively track to project timelines.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
Strong team skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer.
Occasional walking between facilities.
Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs.
