The Senior Master Scheduler Planner will be responsible for Program-wide management and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule, including the integration of and traceability between IPT/CAM secondary level schedules.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Create and implement processes for the development and maintenance of the IMS that incorporates work at all levels of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) into a fully networked schedule that is updated on a regular cadence based on quantifiable backup data (QBD)
Ensure Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality Utilize Gantt charts, Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) charts, milestone charts, Earned Value Management (EVM), and other project management techniques to assess progress and identify performance variances.
Engage with the Program Team to perform thorough schedule analysis showing knowledge and understanding of the program EVMS principles.
Suggest/create/implement mitigating and corrective to enhance and maintain program schedule performance.
Produce schedule metrics that inform Program Management and Control Account Managers (CAMs) on leading indicators of schedule risks.
Perform schedule risk analyses and health evaluations to identify and resolve risks to the critical path of the program and communicate schedule risks and opportunities to Program Management and CAMs
Good communication skills able to brief results to leadership and customers.
Support Integrated Baseline Reviews, Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR), and Program Management Review (PMR)
Skills, education and experience should include:
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, MBA a plus
4+ years of experience as a scheduler
Advanced knowledge of Federal government EVMS standards and guidelines (EIA-748)
Advanced Scheduling expertise
Advanced knowledge of Critical Path Methods (CPM)
Experience working with Sub-Contractors
Advanced level skills with MS Office, MS Project, and Oracle P6
Knowledge of Deltek COBRA, Acumen, and Compass a plus
Knowledge of DCMA 14-point schedule health assessments
