Our company is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Security Project Manager to join our amazing culture. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure projects are executed effectively within budget and on schedule, while also maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects. This customer-facing position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in security integration project management to grow as we grow, contributing to our mission of being the best service provider in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute security system projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, quality standards, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for security integration, managing resources, schedules, and risks.
  • Provide technical support to the project team, solving challenges related to security-integrated projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and cost reporting, to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Enforce quality control protocols for superior security solutions.
  • Lead project teams with clear direction and support through all project phases.
  • Conduct site surveys, and oversee installation and testing of security systems.
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in security systems project management.
  • College degree or relevant education in electronics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Required certifications in security systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Software House, AMAG, Avigilon, etc).
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Capability to perform physical tasks as needed.
