This leader will be responsible for building and overseeing business operations for a new Subsidiary Company. Developing a strategic plan for optimized productivity.
Recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
Overseeing day-to-day operations, including setting performance goals, and ensuring their completion.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining budgetary and resource allocation plans.
Enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Fire Alarm Systems, with at least 10 of those at the management level.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in sales, customer service, and business development of Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Monitoring, and Suppression Systems as well as technical knowledge of fire alarms, pre-action detection, foam systems, aqua mist, quell, and other special hazard systems is required.
Strong decision-making ability; excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills; proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans; and ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
