We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to coordinate projects with customers, focusing on material phasing, pre-installation, and delivery. The successful candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, ensuring seamless coordination with contractors and customers to meet and exceed the company's production and quality goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure optimal pricing and service.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Knowledge of technical aspects of the business in order to resolve any problems with the project.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and identify potential issues or risks.
If assigned a Project Engineer, ensure all Project Engineer's work must is meticulously reviewed and approved to maintain quality standards and compliance.
Ability to work efficiently and independently while also demonstrating a willingness to work within a team environment.
Willingness to cross train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.
Perform all work in a safe manner.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Door & Hardware Industry experience preferred
Comsense software experience preferred
2+ years Project Management experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
Prolonged periods of typing, reaching, bending, twisting and standing
Work environment conducive to office setting
Must be able to perform the essential job duties with or without accommodation.
Job Details:
Work location is in person.
Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Schedule - Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
