Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Financial Project Manager to support our prestigious Real Estate client on a hybrid project where you will be assisting them with several initiatives. Initially, the client is seeking a strong Project Manager who can help establish the framework in order to stand up, monitor, report on and execute several initiatives, starting with an assessment of vendors, project plans and systems. Ideally, the Financial Project Manager will have worked with numerous clients to create project plans and oversee the planning process as well as the execution phase. The ideal consultant also has a strong foundation or understanding in financial systems (Yardi a bonus) and financial controls, thus can ensure that the systems that are put in place are also compliant.
Top priorities include:
Establishing project management framework and setting up tracking systems, project plans.
Assisting our client as they embark on several projects in and around financial transformation.
Understanding of vendor relationships, ability to communicate effectively.
Experience sharing information and progress reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Strong project management experience, ideally with a foundation in finance and/or accounting.
Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to create and deliver presentations is required.
Must be adept and able to help redesign processes in and around people, accounting and systems.
