Applied Resource Group is looking for an S&OP Project Manager (contract) hybrid in ATL.
Manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) projects, overseeing single or multiple initiatives.
Define project scopes and objectives aligned with S&OP requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans and deliverables, covering team roles, stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, schedules, resources, testing, training, and transition plans.
Lead project teams and steering committee meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
Monitor project budgets, providing monthly forecasts and tracking expenses to meet financial targets.
Evaluate project performance continuously, updating management tools and addressing issues or risks.
Collaborate with Program and Portfolio Managers to escalate risks and decisions effectively.
Conduct retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Ensure readiness of project tools for collaboration and tracking purposes.
Lead project kickoff meetings and planning workshops to initiate and strategize project efforts.
