Applied Resource Group is seeking a SAP Project Manager (Contract) Hybrid in ATL which will transition to the plant location in Alabama later on in the project
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field, with 5-8 years of project management experience preferred; PMP and Scrum Master certifications desirable.
Lead and manage single or multiple SAP projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Highlighted: SAP S/4 HANA experience.
Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing team roles, stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, schedules, resource allocation, testing, training, and transition plans.
Direct project teams and steering committee meetings, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Manage project budgets, providing monthly forecasts and tracking costs to meet budgetary constraints.
Continuously evaluate project performance, escalating risks, issues, and decisions as necessary to program or portfolio managers.
Facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement throughout project execution.
Utilize industry best practices and standards, applying analytical skills and broad understanding of corporate applications.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, adapt communication styles to various organizational levels, and delegate tasks while holding team members accountable.
Navigate travel requirements ranging from less than 25% during planning to up to 100% during testing and implementation phases.
Seek feedback proactively, driving actions in situations of uncertainty, and maintaining a self-starting attitude.
