Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise. • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
