You will be responsible for determining project requirements, developing scopes, providing justification and need statements, cost estimating, scheduling, and budgets. You will provide independent, timely and professional project management services for the planning, design and construction of assigned projects for the Navy, Marine Corps, and other Supported Commands, including special projects, military construction (MILCON), demolition, maintenance, space utilization and facilities development.
Responsibilities:
You will apply architectural and/or engineering skills in order to produce a wide variety of facility planning products and services for high-tempo Navy and Marine Corps installations.
You will act as a Project Manager and technical expert over the development of project justification and documentation in support of Military Construction and Special Project documentation (DD1391s) for new facilities and major renovations.
You will support the development of Site Approvals (Safety).
You will actively communicate in both written and verbal form at multiple levels to inform, develop consensus, resolve conflicts, and gain approval.
You will classify the type of work (construction/renovation) to align with current federal funding regulations.
You will develop scopes of work (SOWs), internal Government estimates (IGEs), and labor funding requirements for contracted efforts to include negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver's License
Bachelor's of Science in Architecture, Engineering, Planning
Must hold U.S. Citizenship
Aged 18 or older at time of hire
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
