The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. This role is about scaling the WFS experience across all international marketplaces and ensuring sellers have one WFS experience regardless the market they choose to operate in.
You'll collaborate across all WFS Product Management, Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Fulfillment Operations to set the vision and build solutions that provide a delightful multi-country WFS seller experience. You'll channel a deep affinity for our sellers (be the voice of the seller), and understand how to improve their experience now, and anticipate where they will need help in the future. You will demonstrate a spirit of continuous improvement, as you take what you learn to innovate the multi-country experience as it evolves.
In this role you will apply a general management perspective, an agile way of working, and a problem-solving approach. Creating product strategy - Develop roadmap for key initiatives and advocate for features that allow sellers to optimize their assortment, availability, and post purchase functions effectively on Walmart.com.
Driving end to end ownership - Manage applicable system solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including Data science and engineering teams.
Leading product initiatives - Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product
Manager deliverables.
Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
Building - Take features from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including marketing plan and field enablement.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management.
Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
