Responsibilities The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction.
The position requires experience managing both small and middle market commercial accounts and a strong understanding of the underwriting process including new and renewal business.
Qualifications
Experience managing Commercial Coverages.
Familiarity with AMS 360 software systems, preferred.
