Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Advisor with daily administration of strategic initiatives.
- Develop, plan, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and report updates to senior leadership regularly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance to enhance teamwork, productivity, and collaboration.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve organizational outcomes.
- Optimize organizational processes to boost productivity and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- A minimum of four years of project management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project completion.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and services.
- Experience in political, government, or campaign roles within Oklahoma is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, plus comprehensive healthcare benefits and other perks.
