Pride Health is hiring for a contract Radiology Technologist to support our client's healthcare organization in Waynesburg, PA! This is a 13-weeks contract -to-hire opportunity.
Schedule: 7:45am to 8:15pm (3*12 hour shifts each week. Rotating weekends and holidays.)
Duties: • Perform accurate X-rays as ordered by the provider while practicing radiation safety precautions to include ALARA. • Prepare and transmit images to the radiologist for over-read and report results to providers. • Retrieve and archive radiographic reports; create/burn CDs in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Perform detailed and accurate data collection during clinical intake of patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient history. • Assist patients as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam prep, etc. • Complete patient referrals and patient callbacks daily.
Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology • Licensed and accredited by ARRT and State, if applicable and required by law
Pay range - $35-45/hour. for local candidates and weekly gross packages for travelers | Negotiable for the right experience
