We are working with our client in the pharmaceutical industry on their search for a Sr. Data Scientist. This individual will support commercial analytics initiatives and provide business insights and recommendations to multiple internal functions. This is a hands-on role developing advanced analytics solutions as part of their global commercial analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities: • Develop data science methodologies and best practices. • Develop and implement advanced analytics models. • Support brand-related strategies and investment decisions with advanced analytics. • Implement marketing performance measurement processes (e.g. Marketing Mix Optimization). • Standardize analytic processes to continuously monitor and measure performance across brands and markets. • Lead and manage projects.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. • 6+ years of relevant analytics experience that includes data analysis and reporting. • Hands-on experience with statistical modeling techniques. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects. • Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. • Working knowledge of one or more programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R • Working knowledge of one or more data visualization tools such as Excel, QlikView and Qliksense.
This is a REMOTE position. Target compensation around $175K base + bonus, depending on level.
