As the Senior Manager, International Logistics, Business Performance & Analytics, you will support the International Logistics department with reporting, analytics, and systems support as SME. This position works closely with the International Logistics, Customs and Trade Compliance team globally and other key functional areas as well as internal stakeholders and vendors within the organization. The ability to work cross-functionally and to problem-solve by working independently and with an entrepreneurial mindset is essential for delivering the goals of Capri Holdings.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a team of 2 analysts who will support the following responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics
  • Development, management, root causing and distribution of SLAs, KPIs related to cost and service for transport of cargo from global locations such as factories and distribution centers to Capri distribution centers as well as wholesale customers
  • Support the overall Global Operations team with reporting, analytical and dashboarding needs
  • Support Origin Factory PO compliance to cargo ready and vessel dates and provide reporting and feedback to Production teams
  • Provide analytics for First Sale Program initiatives for decision making and tracking savings
  • Provide analytical support for other strategic initiatives throughout the supply chain that drive savings and operations efficiencies such as Bypass Programs, FTZ, streamlined channel flows, etc,...
  • Support 4PL related implementation and analytics

Budgeting and Finance Support
  • Assist with development of operational budget
  • Monthly budget forecast and reforecast
  • Support Finance team with root cause and details to help explain budget variance and estimated cost guidance
  • Own the freight audit governance and invoice accuracy KPI
  • Own project benefits cost, analysis and realization tracking

Carrier Management and Procurement
  • Development and distribution of carrier scorecards
  • Own the quarterly business review process by developing necessary material which includes KPIs, business updates, volume forecasts and requests for explanation of performance issues as well as improvements plans
  • Own the RFQ process along with Procurement. Generate necessary lane level data, volumes and business requirements and execute RFQ event in a timely manner. Effectively communicate progress of even with carriers and Capri stakeholders
  • Support International Logistics team with data and reporting needs for their day-to-day activities
  • Meet with potential transportation providers and support assessment to help determine if Capri Holdings can benefit from adding the provider(s) to Capri portfolio

SME of systems supporting International Logistics
  • Origin Cargo Management - OOCL Logistics MyPodium
  • Freight Audit - Data2Logistics
  • Additional tools that may be implemented. For example, Procurement tool for Carrier RFQ
  • Ensure complete understanding of all tools used by the International Logistics teams
  • Be a trainer for the tools
  • Support implementation and onboarding of new users, vendors, modules.
  • Develop additional SMEs within team
  • Develop relationships with vendors and meet regularly on performance of tool as well as making requests for new development to support changing business needs
  • Be a liaison between business and technology teams/providers

You'll Need to Have:
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, Supply Chain strongly preferred. Will consider strong experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of prior supply chain experience, with focus in logistics and/or supply chain operations; ideally within the fashion or consumer goods industries or as part of global / multi-national corporation
  • Analytical mindset with expert skills in using Excel and learning new analytics tools
  • Customer centric mindset that drives toward delivering goals set by stake-holders and corporate
  • Vendor management skills that strive towards excellence in vendor performance
