About the Role:

Position: Coordinator

Location: Hybrid(Redmond, WA)

Summary:

Compiling data from multiple sources into a singular complete and accurate data set or utilizing that information to prepare comm elements. Track & report the status of open construction projects / open requests. Process raw data into an output report that can be shared to space leads. And maintain up-to-date allocation maps and accurate data records for space usage/owners. Also, Perform building walks to identify areas where improvements or support requests are needed.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret, consolidate, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with some experience in Visio and PowerBI.
  • Ability to stay organized, be flexible in response to changing priorities, and proactive in finding ways to support others when time permits.
  • Handles sensitive information appropriately and maintains absolute confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated assertiveness with the ability to stand firm in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Onsite presence in Redmond required 3+ days per week.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-4 years experience required.

Hard Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel (nice to have Visio and PowerBI experience) - 2+ YOE
  • Communication Skills (business writing skills) - 2+ YOE
  • Administrative Experience - 2+ YOE

Salary Range: $ 45,000 - 51,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
