One of our best clients, a global private equity firm in Midtown West, is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join their growing Business Development team.
This is a 4 day in office role, Mon-Thursday.
Flex to come in on Fridays if needed
Hours 9am to 6pm w/ flex for paid OT as needed

In this role you will support a Principal and VP in NY with :
Heavy calendar management on Outlook
Heavy international travel arrangements
Tracking and submitting expense reports on Concur
Managing phones and inbox correspondence
Coordinate roadshows
Editing and proofreading PowerPoint presentations
Covering for other admin assistants at the firm as needed
Assist with event planning, dinner reservations
Take on projects when needed
Our ideal candidate has the following:
5+ years of administrative experience; ideally in private equity
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; master of Outlook
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Enjoys a fast-paced role, always 2 steps ahead and has a back up plan
Flexible to log in evenings and weekends when needed to assist with travel and keeping in touch across different timezones
Experience working with west coast counterparts and responsive after hours
Knowledge of NYC restaurants and events
