Our client is a major international firm, seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience for its Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice Group in Boston, New York or Chicago. The salary for this position is between $240,000 - $350,000 and may vary depending on a range of factors.
Qualifications
2-5 years of fund formation and investment management experience, including fund and management structuring, side letter negotiations, secondary sales, and Investment Advisers Act registration and compliance experience.
Sophisticated document drafting skill and the ability to manage complex projects and transactions.
Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Strong academic credentials.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
Ability to work well with a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
