Job description
This role will manage the consistency of employee data between all related systems. In addition, this role will be responsible for cross-functional, collaborative efforts to improve and enhance current integration processes.
Role/Responsibilities • Assist with managing the integrity of integrations into the Payroll System • Troubleshoot all integrations-related issues (working with internal and external stakeholders) • Understand the overall systems architectural diagram that feeds in and out of the payroll systems (e.g., what integrations feed in or out of the payroll system, automatic or manual, in and outbound owners/vendor, etc.) • Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the system's architectural diagram • Data mines for error trends • Working with internal Payroll IT to test new configuration requirements related to payroll systems and operations • Assist with managing the system SLAs and KPIs • Reset Employees' passwords for the payroll system • Compiles/reports metrics on case management process
Experience/Skills: • Bachelor's degree preferred • Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPC) • 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll • Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, oral and written communication skills • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
