We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst and Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. You will also serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and expertise to our development team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform, including but not limited to CRM and Power Platform applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and solution design.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Development fundamentals and significantly contribute to design, documentation, and integration of the Sitecore environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Azure services and cloud-based development.
Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Microsoft certifications such as MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer and/or MB-230 Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Sitecore Certified Professional Developer
