Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Work Environment: Onsite 30 days during training, then hybrid remote/onsite. It is a 5-day rotation of 5 days remote work and 5 days onsite work after training completion.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a key member of our workforce, you will work closely with our client's customers to address brokerage-related complaints. Your role will be crucial in maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring smooth operations within our brokerage services.
Top Skills Required:
Active Series 7 License: You must have an active Series 7 license or be within the 2-year window for reactivation.
Brokerage Operations Experience: Prior experience in brokerage operations is highly preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Microsoft Products: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Clear communication is vital for success in this role.
