Define and execute sourcing strategy for assigned categories, e.g., Services/Contract Labor, Technology/Software, etc.
Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance with functional stakeholders, e.g., Legal, Privacy, IT, CISO, Finance
Provide thought leadership and drive early engagement with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify optimizations, greater value, and lower total cost of ownership (TCO)
Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, and supplier records.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field AND 2+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations
High proficiency in processing transactions in an ERP system (Purchase Reqs, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Admin), negotiating contracts, and generating KPI reports and analyzing data
Seeking someone with the ability to prioritize high volume of requests, while managing high internal customer satisfaction
