These people will be working off a task list assigned by the hiring manager in Charlotte. They will be responsible for shipping and receiving the IT Datacenter equipment coming into each location. They will take the inventory, unbox it, validate serial numbers and store in a "cage" until technician can install equipment. They will record serial numbers into a database that tracks the equipment.
