We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst. Key Technical Skills:
Proficient in Data Mining, Oracle, and PL/SQL
Strong experience in Life Cycle Documentation
Expertise in SQL query creation
Knowledge of ETL processes
Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as Reltio, IBM MDM, or Informatica MDM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Business Intelligence projects from inception to completion
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout project lifecycles
Collaborate effectively with Developers, Data Analysts, Database Administrators (DBAs), and Testers to achieve project goals
Identify, isolate, and communicate production environment issues
Provide support to the on-call production team as needed

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong teamwork capabilities
Proficient problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to assimilate new information quickly and efficiently
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Required Certifications/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications in Oracle, SQL, or Data Analysis are a plus
Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of technical analysis experience in a data-centric development environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
