Our client, a leading beauty brand based in San Francisco, is looking for an DEI Coordinator to join their People and Culture team. You would be working directly with the Human Resources and DEI teams. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, be outgoing and team-oriented. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) with an immediate start.
*Please note this is a 7-month contract role, Pay will be $ 28-32HR*
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Global Head of DEI on events and programs
Provide scheduling support for department initiatives
Coordinate relationships with internal partners and external vendors
Update Asana regarding projects
Create recap reports and collect data for programs
Coordinate program registration and materials
Provide on-site support for meetings and events
Create graphics and communications to support program initiatives
Pack and ship boxes, and audit event inventory
Qualifications:
Administrative assistant related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience providing support to senior level people
Independent worker with multitasking abilities
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, Teams, Canva or Adobe Acrobat
Passionate about people and interested in learning about DEI
HR, DEI, education, or creative experience is a plus but not required
