This role requires you to work in our office in San Jose at least 4 days a week. This is a newly created position that plans and organizes sales and service training, assists with marketing programs, and provides EA support to our CMO.
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in a highly cross functional, customer-centric role and/or executive administration
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
Proficient with expense management software (i.e. Concur)
Proficient creating and administering online surveys (i.e. Microsoft Forms, Survey Monkey)
