SENIOR DIGITAL BUYER|

The Colibri Collective is looking for a dynamic digital buyer who can take our award-winning team to the next level. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who will create, plan, and integrate their vision to elevate the creative endeavors and department.

As the Senior Digital Buyer for Political, Educational, and Non-Profit clients, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and resonate culturally within the community. Your strategic insight and analytical skills drive strategic recommendations to the leadership team, while your active engagement with the business fosters a continuous flow of ideas and insights that benefit our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES|
  • Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with client KPIs. Utilize expertise in digital marketing and analytics to optimize strategies across social media, programmatic, Google PPC, Google Ad Words, email marketing, and direct site buys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams that support business needs, including Marketing, Graphic Design, and Communications to ensure processes are in place for flawless execution.
  • Identify industry trends and develop innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to support growth.
  • Measure, track, and optimize the performance of the campaign daily.
  • Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting by channel and client.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain positive relationships with digital media partners, acting in accordance with The Colibri Collectives principles.
  • Manage a comprehensive set of tasks associated with campaign management including, but not limited to, page permissions, campaign creation, pacing/reporting, and general troubleshooting.
  • Manage and monitor budgets for each campaign and provide reconciliation on a monthly basis or at the end of each campaign.
  • Manage PPC on search platforms and social media channels with precision in targeting.
  • Analyze performance, offer strategic insights for testing, and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Configure campaigns with accurate tracking and implement brand safety measures.
  • Build & maintain relationships and make informed decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS|
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and buying.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytics.
  • Proficiency in programmatic.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to strategize and align communication strategies with overall organizational goals.
  • Project management skills for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and procurement software.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital and social media platforms for communication purposes.
  • Adaptability to evolving digital trends and technologies.
  • Leadership capabilities for mentoring and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments and leaders within the organization.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

SCHEDULE|

Monday to Friday.

Must be able to work on-site at the Phoenix location. Remote work is not available for this position.
