FPC of Ocean Springs is working with a key client in the defense industry to fill a Lean Transformation Leader position in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This role will play a strategic role in the transformation of a large manufacturing site and support the development of a company-wide production system.
You'll be a great fit if:
You have have proven history of strategizing and leading plant-level lean transformations
You have experience driving cultural change within an organization
You have driven an "operating system" approach and want to be on the ground floor of development

To be considered, you'll need:
10+ years of experience, proven history of lean deployment and eligible to apply for a security clearance.
