You and your team (6-8 direct reports) will be responsible for building relationships with Sales leadership and operations to gather requirements and establish the strategy to drive our D2D marketing team to successfully recruit and retain door-to-door sales reps. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering content that meets company objectives and supports our D2D Sales Teams, including training and marketing materials. You will be the glue that keeps the team together by over-communicating and ensuring everyone is on track to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Work directly with Sales Leaders to understand their vision for D2D Marketing
? Partner with Sales & Sales Ops to deliver on recruiting events and activities
? Provide oversight to the Events team for incentive trip planning
? Develop a social media process and iterate on it
? Foster an environment of creativity to create on-brand content to recruit, train, and motivate our people
? Develop our people in various roles
? Optimize our process for speed and quality
? Random projects as assigned
? Develop training content strategy by gathering requirements from stakeholders.
? Gather stakeholder requirements and deliver on them
? End-to-end content creation
? Prioritize work based on impact and relative importance
? Internal communications strategy to implement the content being developed
