We are looking for a talented video production specialist to join our video marketing team. This position requires travel to film locations, as well as the ability to manage and transport heavy equipment. Under general direction, the applicant must be able to execute studio and field-based photography and videography. This includes but is not limited to the planning, filming, editing and photography for various kinds of client projects. The position requires the ability to shoot and assemble recorded footage into a finished product that matches the creative director's vision and is suitable for online marketing, as well as the skills and knowledge to capture and edit still photos for use in client marketing. The goal is to bring sight and sound together to tell a compelling, cohesive story.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct on-site video production which involves interacting with clients, staff, and patients. • Travel a minimum of 4x a week to client practices utilizing provided video equipment. • Perform video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, video transcoding, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using Adobe Premiere Pro suite; utilize computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts; compress video projects for output; makes video products available in a variety of formats including streaming media files.
TASKS AND DUTIES • Light, shoot and edit still frame photography. • Meet with teams to grasp production needs and specifications • Work collaboratively with coworkers. • Trim b-roll and create a story based on the sound bytes selected • Input music, sound bytes, and update template graphics with appropriate logo • Ensure logical sequencing and story telling • Consult with the video team, account managers, and project manager from production through post-production • Continuously discover and implement new editing techniques and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency while producing the highest quality of work. • Ability to manage your time and projects to ensure we meet deadlines consistently.
