About The Role:
As a Systems Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting production tests, conducting failure analysis, and performing repairs to meet quality standards and delivery timelines. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction through excellence in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform system tests, setup for tests, updates, and verifications.
Execute system test scripts and processes diligently.
Identify error codes and troubleshoot system errors for corrective actions.
Carry out system hardware repairs following established procedures.
Manage and escalate issues affecting system tests, ensuring effective communication with peers, team leads, and supervisors.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support 5S activities to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
An Associate's degree in IT, a Technical School Certification, or equivalent relevant experience.
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus.
Experience with configuring Microsoft OS VISTA/WIN7/Server/Office suite and basic Linux knowledge.
At least 1 year of experience in PC system-related hardware or networking is preferred but not essential.
