An AmLaw 100 firm in North Carolina is looking for a finance associate with 3+ years of experience to join its finance practice group.
Experience/Qualifications:
3+ years' finance experience with a focus on collateralized loan obligations
Background representing underwriters, issuers, portfolio managers and other large financial institutions
Additional experience working with distressed debt, Loan Syndications and Trading Association documentation, credit opportunity funds and other structured funds
Prior law firm experience required
Bar licensure in North Carolina (or has the ability to waive in)
Salary range is between $260,000 - $435,000 depending on experience
