As a growing company that is expanding its role in the global metallurgical coal market, we have the following opportunity available: Accounts Payable Clerk This position will require the candidate to perform: Responsibilities Receives, reconciles, and processes vendor invoices Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. General data entry. Ensures that all accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Two years of accounts payable experience with general accounting responsibilities Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs, particularly proficient in the use of excel High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent data entry skills Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently or as a team member SAP S4Hana Software Experience (Preferred) Coronado Global Resources offers competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
