Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly

Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Practice Transformation/Quality Improvement Specialist to work REMOTE!




Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, develop and implement processes to increase efficiency


• Collect data and present the outcomes to drive change


• Perform a variety of analytical work, system and program development


• Analyze staff workflows and coordinate with department heads to ensure proper utilization

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in practice transformation, quality improvement, health IT, data reporting, clinical care models, health equity, payment models


• Experience working with independent practices and/or FQHCs/community health centers


• Minimum 2 years of experience in practice transformation/quality improvement


• At least community college level degree, college degree is a plus
