Key Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
Robotics experience is essential.
Proficiency in HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
Mechatronics knowledge (a plus).
Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) expertise.
Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting complex systems.
Additional Skills
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Preventative Maintenance: Proven track record in implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
Continuing Maintenance: Dedication to ongoing maintenance activities to ensure peak equipment performance.
Responsibilities
System Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of robotics, HMI, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic, and PLC systems to maintain and optimize equipment.
Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Communication: Work closely with team members to communicate maintenance needs and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute and enhance preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
Continuing Maintenance: Contribute to ongoing maintenance activities to keep operations running smoothly.
