Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations-in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.
We are hiring a Jewelry Production Coordinator to work with our Production Department and Production Manager. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, in our Downtown LA office.
The Production Coordinator will develop an understanding of fine jewelry manufacturing, material sourcing, and logistics of a successful fine jewelry brand and will learn many skills to grow in their jewelry career. They will participate in daily operations and gain first-hand exposure to the Downtown LA jewelry district. They will manage our largest production house and delegate tasks to our production assistants.

1-2 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing or fabricating inside a jewelry workshop or on a bench is preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.

JOB DUTIES:
Quality Control
Inspect jewelry from our manufacturers and develop a technical eye for craftsmanship.
Stay attentive to details and style specifications.
Process large volumes of orders.
Submitting Production Orders to Manufacturing Houses
Place stock orders and submit jewelry design specifications to our production facilities.
Draft manufacturing specs on Adobe Illustrator as needed.
Communicate between sales teams and production houses to meet production lead times.
Ensure order fulfillment by tracking and expediting the completion of orders.
Manage and monitor production logs for our retail and wholesale departments to ensure their orders are completed efficiently and on time.
Repairs
Process incoming repairs from our wholesale and retail departments and ensure timely delivery.
Production Tasks
Delegate tasks as needed to the production assistants.
Audit vendor invoices
Pick up production orders from our manufacturers.
