Are you looking for part-time work with an established, reputable firm? We have an exciting client looking to add an afternoon Receptionist to their team! This role is responsible for acting as a fact of the organization and first point of contact for guests over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the phone system, including updating the directory and routing calls.
Greet & assist visitors
Open, sort and distribute the mail daily
Act as a liaison between all departments
Schedule conference calls and meetings when requested by staff
Maintain the tidiness of the conference room and kitchen
Additional administrative duties as requested
Job Requirements:
2 years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Ability to work in office Monday - Friday from 12:30pm - 5:00pm
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; good written and verbal communication skills.
