Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$15.00 to $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist? You'll be:
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Greeting and receiving visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments both on-site and off-site
Creating and updating spreadsheets for data management
Maintaining information files and processing paperwork
Completing housekeeping checklists to ensure a clean and organized workspace
Updating sections of BMPP (Business Management Process and Procedures)
Assisting with the maintenance of Safety/DOT/Training records
Serving as a backup for mail distribution
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Preferably have experience with SAP, but it is not required
