Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
  • $15.00 to $21.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist? You'll be:
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Greeting and receiving visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments both on-site and off-site
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets for data management
  • Maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Completing housekeeping checklists to ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Updating sections of BMPP (Business Management Process and Procedures)
  • Assisting with the maintenance of Safety/DOT/Training records
  • Serving as a backup for mail distribution

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferably have experience with SAP, but it is not required
