Mavi is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Westwood, New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
Gathering orders from sale representatives and supporting the process with the warehouse for all channels,
Answering all order related questions of customers, and handle any order related problems,
Preparing booking reports and sold reports by region in a weekly basis,
Following up and delivering the employee's orders,
Preparing daily shipment reports,
Following chargebacks and making sure deductions are valid and reasonable,
Supporting dropship process for all department stores and make sure all inventories and tracking information are up-to-date,
Supporting return process for all related orders,
Working closely with sales representatives to supporting the order process.
Required qualifications and skills:
University graduation from relevant departments,
At least 1 year experience in a relevant position,
